Use of the service

You must have permission to upload and transform the media you submit. Do not use Raindance AI to impersonate people, violate intellectual property rights, or create unlawful content.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. It prohibits sexual or NSFW content, graphic violence, hateful content, child sexual abuse material or other child-unsafe content, deceptive deepfakes or impersonation, and infringement of copyright or trademarks. We may review, reject, remove, or restrict content and accounts as described in that policy.

Eligibility and consent

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. Photos must depict consenting adults, and you must have all permissions needed to upload, transform, download, and share them.

Generation availability

Generative systems may fail or produce unexpected results. Credit reservation and refund behavior is governed by the verified task ledger shown in your account.

Commercial terms

We sell one-time packs: Starter for $6.99 (1 standard video), Popular for $17.99 (3), and Creator for $29.99 (6). Packs do not renew. The price, taxes, pack contents, and refund terms displayed at checkout control the purchase.

AI outputs

Outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other generated content. Review every video before sharing it. We do not supply or grant rights to commercial music; add audio only through sources you are authorized to use.

Independent service

Raindance AI is an independent AI creation tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Dave, Tems, any record label, TikTok, Instagram, or their parent companies. Product and artist names remain the property of their respective owners.

Suspension, termination, and deletion

We may restrict features, suspend access, or terminate an account for a material or repeated breach, fraud, safety risk, provider requirement, or legal obligation. In urgent cases we may act without advance notice; otherwise we may provide notice and an opportunity to respond where appropriate.

During a review, unused credits may be frozen. If access is terminated for a serious policy breach or fraud, unused promotional or purchased credits may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law. If we end the service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will provide a proportionate refund or equivalent remedy for eligible prepaid, unused credits where required by applicable law. Used credits and completed generations are not restored merely because an account is closed.

You may request account deletion through the Contact page. We will delete or de-identify eligible account data and media, while retaining records needed for payments, fraud prevention, disputes, security, backups, or legal obligations as described in the Privacy Policy.
