Help us investigate

Include your account email, order or generation reference, and a concise description. Never send passwords, API keys, full payment-card numbers, or sensitive identity documents.

Safety and rights reports

Use the support email shown above to report sexual or NSFW content, graphic violence, hateful content, child-unsafe content, deceptive deepfakes or impersonation, privacy or consent violations, or copyright and trademark infringement. Include the relevant generation or order reference, a description of the concern, where the material appeared, and your relationship to any affected rights. Do not attach illegal content or child sexual abuse material; provide only the information needed to locate it and contact the appropriate local authority if someone is in immediate danger.

Reports are reviewed as operational capacity permits; we do not claim continuous 24/7 human monitoring or a guaranteed response time. We may preserve relevant records, restrict access while investigating, and ask for additional information. Good-faith reports will not be penalized.
