Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This policy applies to every photo, instruction, generated video, account action, and attempt to use Raindance AI. You may upload only media you are authorized to use, depicting consenting adults. AI outputs must be reviewed before publication and must not be presented deceptively as authentic footage.

Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use the service to create, upload, or distribute:

• Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, nudity, sexualized content, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or content intended to facilitate sexual services.
• Violence or gore: graphic injury, torture, mutilation, executions, glorification or instruction of violent wrongdoing, terrorism, or threats against a person or group.
• Hateful content: attacks, dehumanization, exclusion, or incitement based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or another protected characteristic.
• CSAM or child-unsafe content: child sexual abuse material, sexualization or grooming of minors, or any upload that depicts a person under 18. This category is prohibited without exception.
• Deepfakes and impersonation: deceptive or non-consensual depictions of a real person, celebrity, public figure, brand, or institution; identity fraud; or content likely to mislead viewers about its source or authenticity.
• Copyright or trademark infringement: unauthorized use of protected images, characters, logos, trade dress, music, or other material, including content that falsely suggests sponsorship or endorsement.

You also may not evade safeguards, probe private systems, automate abusive requests, use another person's account, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, privacy-invasive, or deceptive activity.

Moderation and review

Raindance AI applies automated validation and configured safety checks to uploads before generation and uses provider safety controls during generation. Requests may be rejected when checks fail or are unavailable. Generated outputs and account activity may also be reviewed in response to safety signals, provider notices, or reports.

Automated systems and providers can make mistakes. These controls do not mean that every output receives human review, and we do not claim continuous 24/7 human monitoring. Users remain responsible for their inputs, outputs, and publication decisions.

Reporting

Report suspected violations through the Contact page or the support email displayed there. Identify the generation or account when possible, describe the concern, and explain your relationship to any affected rights. Do not transmit passwords, payment-card details, sensitive identity documents, or illegal media in a report.

If a child may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service or child-protection authority. We may preserve and disclose records when legally required and may report apparent child sexual exploitation or other serious unlawful activity to competent authorities.

Enforcement and account consequences

Depending on severity, context, recurrence, and legal obligations, we may reject a request, remove or disable access to content, restrict generation or downloads, freeze credits during review, issue a warning, temporarily suspend an account, permanently terminate it, preserve evidence, or cooperate with providers and authorities. CSAM, credible threats, severe exploitation, and deliberate safety circumvention may result in immediate termination and reporting.

On suspension or termination, access to stored media may be disabled and eligible data may be deleted under the Privacy Policy. Credits already used are not restored. Unused credits may be frozen during review and may be forfeited after a serious or repeated violation to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights and any refund owed when we discontinue service for reasons unrelated to your breach remain unaffected.

If you believe an action was mistaken, contact support with the notice or account reference and a concise explanation. We will consider available evidence as operational capacity permits, but do not promise a fixed response time or restoration where retention, safety, provider, or legal restrictions apply.
